Monica did an outstanding job helping us to buy our condo in Florida. Since the very first contact she established a close communication with us. She had the extra challenge to help us in the distance as we where out of the US, in a different time zone in Europe, which meant to extend working hours!. I'm going to start my review about Monica saying that she's a highly educated person. Extremely knowledgeable on her work of line, very informative, thoughtful and thorough. Monica was my other half, and better than me on many ways, in helping me through the process of finding and overseeing the building stages of my new home. Not being a local was challenging because the customer service manager of the building company that we choose to build the house with, was not always on top with the current happenings on our lot. That's when Monica was a real help, by keeping us posted about everything. From start to finish, Monica was a strong representative and a keen eye. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
